🔹 Solid Polyester Staple Fiber (rPSF)

Made from recycled PET bottles

Used for: yarn spinning, geotextiles, nonwoven fabrics, insulation, automotive felt

Denier: 1.4D to 15D

Cut Length: 25mm to 100mm

Finish: Dry or siliconized

Colors: Raw white, off-white, dope-dyed (black, etc.)
🔹 Hollow Conjugated Polyester Fiber (HCS)

Spiral crimped with hollow core for loft and bounce

Used for: pillows, cushions, toys, quilts, padding, insulation, automotive

Denier: 3D to 15D (up to 60D on request)

Cut Length: 32mm to 89mm

Finish: Siliconized / non-siliconized

Luster: Semi-dull / bright

Virgin and recycled available
